研究目的：

本研究拟从CD64这一新的潜在结核病生物学标志物为出发点，研究非结核患者、潜伏结核、结核病患者之间CD64的差异表达，探讨CD64区分活动性感染与潜伏感染的相应的折点，同时与目前公认筛查结核病的方法血T-SPOT、PPD进行对比，评价CD64在儿童结核感染诊断及预后评估的检验效能，以期阐明CD64作为儿童结核病活动性感染以及早期筛查的标志物的价值，可望为临床儿童结核病的早期筛查和诊断提供新的标志物，为其在儿童结核感染防治研究提供了一定的循证证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to study the differential expression of CD64 between non tuberculosis patients with latent tuberculosis and tuberculosis patients from the perspective of CD64, a new potential biological marker of tuberculosis, to explore the corresponding break point of CD64 in distinguishing active infection from latent infection, and at the same time compare it with the blood T-SPOT and PPD, which are currently recognized methods for screening tuberculosis, to evaluate the test efficacy of CD64 in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of tuberculosis infection in children, The purpose of this study is to clarify the value of CD64 as a marker for active infection and early screening of tuberculosis in children, which is expected to provide new markers for early screening and diagnosis of tuberculosis in clinical children, and provide some evidence-based evidence for its research on prevention and treatment of tuberculosis infection in children.
