研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探索全髋关节置换术围手术期使用维生素C能否减轻术后炎症、控制术后疼痛。 2. 次要目的：探索全髋关节置换术围手术期使用维生素C能否改善术后患者功能锻炼的结局。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The main purpose: To explore whether the use of vitamin C during the perioperative period of total hip arthroplasty can reduce postoperative inflammation and control postoperative pain. 2. Secondary purpose: To explore whether the use of vitamin C during the perioperative period of total hip arthroplasty can improve the outcome of functional exercise in patients after surgery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前检查炎性指标升高； 2.术前血红蛋白水平<110 g/L或凝血异常； 3.发育性髋关节发育不良Crowe III型、IV型患者； 4.髋关节严重畸形、僵直或强直髋 ； 5.自身免疫性疾病如类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎等； 6.肾结石患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Elevated inflammatory indicators during preoperative examination; 2. Preoperative hemoglobin level<110 g/L or abnormal coagulation; 3. Crowe III and IV patients with developmental hip dysplasia; 4. Severe deformity, stiffness, or ankylosis of the hip joint; 5. Autoimmune diseases such as Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, etc; 6. Patients with Kidney stone disease.
