通过队列研究明确RA并发症中可供测量和评价的关键生物学指标，发掘影响RA并发症发生发展的干预因素，探究RA并发症的相关病理机制，构建并发症疾病预测模型，为控制RA进展、防治RA并发症的干预策略奠定理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

Through cohort study, identify the key biological indicators that can be measured and evaluated in RA complications, explore the intervention factors that affect the occurrence and development of RA complications, explore the relevant pathological mechanism of RA complications, and build a disease prediction model for complications, laying a theoretical foundation for intervention strategies to control the progress of RA and prevent and treat RA complications.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因其他原发疾病不能完成队列研究者； 2.原发疾病对结局判断有影响的疾病，如强直性脊柱炎、红斑狼疮、银屑病关节炎等自身免疫性疾病； 3.认知障碍等精神类疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who cannot complete the cohort study due to other primary diseases; 2. Primary diseases that affect the outcome judgment, such as ankylosing spondylitis, lupus erythematosus, psoriatic arthritis and other autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients with mental disorders such as cognitive impairment.
