评价局部应用甲钴胺滴眼液治疗神经营养性角膜病变的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical mecobalamin in patients with neurotrophic keratopathy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)患眼存在与NK无关的任何活动性眼部感染（细菌、病毒、真菌或原虫）或活动性眼部炎症 2）患眼有涉及角膜基质后三分之一的角膜溃疡、角膜溶解或穿孔的证据。

Exclusion criteria：

1)The affected eye has any active eye infection (bacterial, viral, fungal or protozoan) or active eye inflammation that is not related to NK 2) Evidence of corneal ulceration, corneal dissolution, or perforation involving the posterior one-third of the corneal stroma in the affected eye.
