研究目的：

大脑半球中风吞咽障碍患者运动皮层的可塑性对吞咽障碍的恢复至关重要，需要受损部位对侧未受损区域和感觉传入刺激的共同作用。本研究以此为出发点，首先在生理状况下探究人类大脑吞咽功能在运动皮层是否存在偏侧性现象；进而运用电针廉泉、风府穴来进一步研究对其的作用，为后续研究揭示病理状况下“电针刺激—对侧相应区激发—功能重组启动促进脑可塑性形成是其关键机制之一”的科学假说提供一定的生理学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The plasticity of motor cortex in patients with stroke and dolatopathy in the cerebral hemisphere is critical to the recovery of dysphagia and requires the combined effect of contralateral untreated area and sensory afferent stimulation. In this study, starting from this point of view, first in the physiological conditions to explore whether the human brain swallowing function in the motor cortex is biased phenomenon; and then use electro-acupuncture Lianquan, Fengfu points to further study the role of its follow-up study revealed pathology Conditions of "electroacupuncture stimulation - contralateral corresponding region excitation - functional reorganization to promote the formation of brain plasticity is one of the key mechanisms" of the scientific hypothesis to provide a certain physiological basis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①既往有内科系统重大疾病、手术及严重外伤病史者。
②各种原因导致的吞咽障碍者。
③具有重度咽炎、鼻炎、鼻息肉、严重鼻中隔偏曲等鼻咽喉部器质性病变者。
④各种原因导致的呼吸困难、神志不清等危急重症者。
⑤具有病毒性肝炎、艾滋病等各种传染病者。
⑥具有脑内内置金属电极（钛除外）、人工耳蜗、脉冲发生器、心脏起搏器等人体内置金属器材。
⑦具有增加诱发癫痫可能者：既往有癫痫病史、睡眠剥夺、酒精依赖、服用降低癫痫阈值的药物（奥氮平、碳酸锂等CNS系统药物）。
⑧妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。
⑨年龄不足18岁或超过65岁者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffer from other severe diseases simultaneously;
2. Various causes of dysphagia;
3. With severe pharyngitis, rhinitis, nasal polyps, severe nasal septum deviation and other nasal throat organic disease;
4. Caused by various causes of dyspnea, confusion and other critical serious illness;
5. with viral hepatitis, AIDS and other infectious diseases;
6. with the brain built-in metal electrode (except titanium), cochlear implant, pulse generator, pacemaker and other human body built-in metal equipment;
7. With increased risk of epilepsy may have: previous history of epilepsy, sleep deprivation, alcohol dependence, taking the threshold to reduce the epilepsy drugs (olanzapine, lithium carbonate and other CNS system drugs);
8. Pregnant or lactating women;
9. Patients age less than 18 years old or more than 65 years old.
