研究目的：

我国结直肠癌发病率和死亡率都高居恶性肿瘤的前五位，而结肠镜检查是降低结肠癌发病率的最重要的方法。然而，结肠镜检查过程中的疼痛以及诱发的焦虑给患者造成一定的困扰，会降低患者行结肠镜检查的意愿。药物镇静是改善疼痛和焦虑的最有效的方法，但药物镇静存在诸多缺点，如耗时较长，有一定副作用，增加肠道穿孔的风险等。本研究通过将虚拟现实应用于肠镜检查过程中，让患者有沉浸式的体验，探索虚拟现实对患者肠镜检查过程的疼痛和焦虑的改善作用，以及患者对虚拟现实肠镜的接受程度，并确定虚拟现实对肠镜过程的影响。通过该研究结果可为虚拟现实广泛应用在结肠镜中提供科学依据。

Objectives of Study：

The incidence and mortality rates of colorectal cancer in China rank among the top five malignant tumors. Colonoscopy is the most important method to reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer. However, the pain and anxiety during the colonoscopy procedure can lower their willingness to undergo colonoscopy. Medication sedation is the most effective method to improve pain and anxiety, but it has many drawbacks, such as longer time consumption, certain side effects, and increased risk of intestinal perforation. This study explores the use of virtual reality in the colonoscopy process, allowing patients to have an immersive experience, in order to investigate the improvement of pain and anxiety during the colonoscopy process and the acceptance of virtual reality colonoscopy by patients. The study aims to determine the effects of virtual reality on the colonoscopy process. The results of this research can provide scientific evidence for the widespread application of virtual reality in colonoscopy.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.视觉和/或听觉障碍； 2.痴呆； 3.有平衡障碍或有癫痫； 4.交流障碍，包括语言障碍，既往神经系统疾病和精神异常者； 5.对VR一体机有接触性皮肤过敏者或眩晕者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Visual and / or hearing impairment; 2. Dementia; 3. Balance disorder or epilepsy; 4.Communication disorders, including language disorders, past neurological diseases and mental disorders; 5. Those who have contact skin hypersensitivity or vertigo to VR integrated machine.
