研究目的：

本研究旨在对自身免疫性肝病患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究，目的是探讨研究基线水平的病理变化与病人的远期预后影响、及探讨影响自身免疫性肝病的远期预后的因素，进一步为临床决策提供证据，提高自身免疫性肝病的防治率，降低相关病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to conduct a retrospective study on clinical data of patients with autoimmune liver disease. The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of pathological changes at the baseline level and the long-term prognosis of patients, as well as explore the factors affecting the long-term prognosis of autoimmune liver disease, so as to further provide evidence for clinical decision-making, improve the prevention rate of autoimmune liver disease, and reduce the related mortality.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

凡有下列情况之一者不入选：
（1）临床资料不全者；
（2）存在精神障碍、合并其他重大疾病的患者；
（3）中途退出及失访者；

Exclusion criteria：

Any one of the following is not eligible:
(1) Incomplete clinical data;
(2) Patients with mental disorders and other serious diseases;
(3) Those who quit or lose their lives;
