Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of obesity on effective concentration of ropivacaine for epidural labor analgesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 硬膜外麻醉禁忌； 2. 疤痕子宫； 3. 患有严重性的系统性疾病； 4. 对局麻药或阿片类药物过敏的产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindication of epidural anesthesia; 2. Scarred uterus; 3. Severe medical or obstetric complications; 4. Allergic to local anesthetics.
