研究目的：

本项目同步获取多导睡眠数据和肠鸣音数据，分别提取特征参数并结合临床数据标记，深入分析多通道生理参数尤其是多种生理参数的关联性分析，建立睡眠期间肠动力学分析模型，用于诊断肠动力疾病，定量评价睡眠障碍与肠动力疾病的相互影响，量化睡眠期间自主神经系统对包含肠动力在内的全身调节作用，探索健康状态的生物标记物。  

Objectives of Study：

This project synchronously acquired polysomnography data and bowel sound data, extracted characteristic parameters and combined with clinical data labeling, analyzed multi-channel physiological parameters, especially the correlation analysis of multiple physiological parameters, and established an analysis model of intestinal motility during sleep for the diagnosis of intestinal motility disorders and quantitative evaluation of the interaction between sleep disorders and intestinal motility disorders. To quantify the systemic regulation of the autonomic nervous system during sleep, including intestinal motility, and to explore the biomarkers of health status.
