Objectives of Study：

To Evaluate the Effect on Postoperative Function of Patellar Resurfacing in Total Knee Arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁或大于65岁
2.翻修手术者
3.有严重心、脑、肝、肾功能不全的患者
4.术前双侧严重程度相差大，如一侧存在重度屈曲、内翻、外翻畸形等
5.术中合并并发症，额外固定或其他处理，影响术后恢复者
6.有精神疾病的患者以及无自知力、不能确切表达者
7.在研究开始前2个月内参加了其它临床研究
8.患者或其授权人不愿意签署书面知情同意书或不愿遵从研究方案

Exclusion criteria：

1. Revised TKA;
2. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney dysfunction;
3. Severe deformity (varus angulation, valgus angulation, or flexion contracture of more than 15 degree);
4. Intra-operative complications affect postoperative recovery;
5. Patients with mental illness or acataphasia;
7. To participate in other clinic trials in two months;
8. Patients were unwilling to sign informed consent or to compliance trial program.
