研究目的：

采用多组分运动对热带地区老年高血压合并衰弱患者进行干预，探讨其对老年高血压合并衰弱患者的衰弱状况、血压水平、躯体功能和生活质量等方面的影响，并进行应用效果的评价。  

Objectives of Study：

Multicomponent exercise was used to intervene the elderly patients with hypertension and frailty in tropical areas, to explore the effects on the frailty status, blood pressure level, physical function and quality of life in the elderly patients with hypertension and frailty, and to evaluate the application effects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有心、脑、肾、眼、足和神经病变等严重并发症者； 2.患有严重腰椎间盘突出、骨折、偏瘫等影响肢体功能的病变或运动禁忌，不适合进行运动干预者； 3.精神异常或神志欠清，轻度以上认知障碍； 4.酒精或药物成瘾者； 5.疾病终末期，预期寿命<6个月； 6.同时参加其他运动研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who suffer from serious complications such as heart, brain, kidney, eye, foot, and neuropathy; 2. Those who suffer from severe lumbar disc herniation, fractures, hemiplegia and other diseases that affect limb function or exercise contraindications, and are not suitable for exercise intervention; 3. Mental abnormalities or unclear consciousness, mild or above cognitive impairment; 4. Alcohol or drug addicts; 5. In the final stage of the disease, the expected life expectancy is less than 6 months; 6. Participate in other sports researchers at the same time.

采用两阶段整群随机抽样的方法，第一抽样阶段，在市区4个行政区中采用抽签法随机抽取一个行政区；第二抽样阶段，从各项条件相近的社区中采用抽签法随机抽取2个社区；将2个社区按照招募的先后顺序编号为1~2，研究者采用IBM SPSS26.0 创建并生成随机数字，将其按照升序进行随机数的排列，并生成随机分配序列。最终确定为1个干预社区，1个对照社区。
