研究目的：

本研究拟探索左侧DLPFC iTBS对酒精依赖患者酒精渴求、冲动的影响，并进一步探索iTBS对这些精神活动影响的神经生物学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to explore the effect of left-sided DLPFC iTBS on alcohol craving and impulsivity in alcohol-dependent patients, and further explore the neurobiological mechanism of the effect of iTBS on these mental activities.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.符合DSM-IV诊断标准的其他精神障碍（尼古丁依赖除外），如共病抑郁障碍、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症等； 2.明确出现过癫痫样发作或震颤谵妄者； 3.有严重自杀倾向者； 4.严重的和不稳定的躯体疾病患者； 5.不符合TMS的安全筛查标准。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other mental disorders (except nicotine dependence) that meet the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria, such as comorbid depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.; 2. Those who have clearly had seizures or delirium tremens; 3. Those with serious suicidal tendencies; 4. Patients with severe and unstable physical diseases; 5. Does not meet the safety screening standards of TMS.
