研究目的：

收集胆道良性疾病、胆道恶性疾病、非胆道疾病行肝胆手术者的外周血液、门静脉血、尿液、粪便（部分患者收集小肠液），与对照组（健康人）外周血液、尿液、粪便样本比对。分析各组分胆汁酸谱变化规律，判断胆汁酸代谢异常的环节，寻找鉴别良恶性胆道疾病的可能生物学标志物；验证该标志物是否可从外周血液、尿液或粪便等标本中，将恶性疾病与正常人或良性胆道疾病患者中区别出来，从而达到早期诊断胆道恶性肿瘤的目的。

Objectives of Study：

Collect the peripheral blood, portal vein blood, urine and feces of patients with benign diseases of the biliary tract, malignant diseases of the biliary tract and non-biliary diseases undergoing hepatobiliary surgery (some patients collect small intestine fluid), and compare with the peripheral blood, urine and feces samples of the control group (healthy people). Analyze the change rule of bile acid spectrum of each component, judge the link of abnormal bile acid metabolism, and look for possible biological markers to distinguish benign and malignant biliary diseases; Verify whether the marker can distinguish malignant diseases from normal people or patients with benign biliary diseases from peripheral blood, urine or stool samples, so as to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis of biliary malignant tumors.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy people
1) The informed consent has been fully understood and signed; 
2) Age: 18-80 years old;
3)BMI18.5-24 kg/m2
4) Healthy people (without diabetes, NAFLD, disorder of lipid metabolism, metabolic syndrome, chronic diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, metabolic syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome, hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases) in physical examination within one year;
5) Liver and kidney function, blood glucose, blood lipids, urine and stool routine are within the normal range.

2. People with malignant biliary diseases:
1) The informed consent has been fully understood and signed;
2) Age: 18-80 years old;
3) The diagnosis of malignant disease of biliary tract is clear (confirmed by biopsy and pathology).

3. People with benign biliary diseases:
1) The informed consent has been fully understood and signed;
2) Age: 18-80 years old;
3) The diagnosis of biliary tract disease is clear (Cholelithiasis: oily eating, right upper abdominal pain and other manifestations, imaging diagnosis is clear; cholecystitis: right upper abdominal pain and other manifestations, imaging diagnosis is clear; oddi sphincter dysfunction: repeated attacks of biliary or pancreatic pain, transaminase, direct bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase rise, imaging shows biliary or pancreatic duct dilation and combined with ERCP to eliminate stone tumors and other organic diseases; primary sclerosing cholangitis: ERCP, MRCP It shows multiple strictures of the bile duct, irregular dilation, excluding secondary factors and no malignant change).

4. People undergoing hepatobiliary surgery for non-biliary diseases:
1) The informed consent has been fully understood and signed;
2) Age: 18-80 years old;
3) Liver transplant recipients (primary liver cancer, end-stage cirrhosis, acute and chronic liver failure);
4) Partial resection of liver tissue (liver lesions meet the criteria, such as giant hemangioma, giant cyst, primary hepatocellular carcinoma).

排除标准：

1）有下列任何一项肠道病史者：慢性腹泻、慢性肠梗阻、克罗恩病、溃疡性结肠炎、家族性遗传性息肉病、结直肠癌、肠结核、肠伤寒、胃肠肿瘤、胃肠道手术改变正常解剖结构等；
2）短期内接受抗生素或益生菌治疗；
3）有下列任何一项肝脏病史者：病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、酒精性肝病、遗传性肝病；
4）已行胆囊切除，胆道结构改变；
5）失代偿肝硬化；
6）HBsAg（＋）, 和/或HCV-Ab（＋）；
7）严重肾脏疾病或血清肌酐值≥256umol/L的患者；
8）合并其他严重疾病患者（重症心脏疾病的患者：曾发生过心肌梗塞患者及心衰和/或严重心律失常、合并重症感染症：经历手术后6个月内、严重外伤患者、存在其他器官严重损害者（非胆道疾病行肝胆手术者可存在急性肝损伤））；
9）妊娠或可能妊娠及哺乳期或者，或试验期间希望怀孕的男性或女性患者；
10）24周内参加过其他临床试验的患者；
11）因精神疾患不能依从该研究方案者；
12）不签署知情同意书者；
13）受试者信息不全；
14）其他，研究者认为不适合作为试验对象者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those with a history of any of the following intestinal diseases: chronic diarrhea, chronic intestinal obstruction, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, familial hereditary polyposis, colorectal cancer, intestinal tuberculosis, intestinal typhoid, gastrointestinal tumors, gastrointestinal surgery to change the normal anatomical structure, etc; 2) Receive antibiotic or probiotics treatment in a short time; 3) Have any of the following liver diseases: viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, hereditary liver disease; 4) Cholecystectomy has been performed and the structure of biliary tract has changed; 5) Decompensated cirrhosis; 6) HBsAg (+), and/or HCV-Ab (+); 7) Patients with severe kidney disease or serum creatinine ≥ 256umol/L; 8) Patients with other serious diseases (patients with severe heart disease: patients with myocardial infarction and heart failure and/or serious arrhythmia, patients with severe infection: patients with severe trauma, patients with serious damage to other organs within 6 months after surgery (patients with non-biliary diseases undergoing hepatobiliary surgery may have acute liver injury); 9) Male or female patients who are pregnant or may be pregnant and lactating or who wish to be pregnant during the test; 10) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within 24 weeks; 11) Those who are unable to comply with the research plan due to mental illness; 12) Those who do not sign the informed consent form; 13) Incomplete subject information; 14) Other, the researcher thinks it is not suitable to be the test object;
