研究目的：

利用蛋白质组学技术，检测颈淋巴结转移与无转移的PTC石蜡标本蛋白质组学差异，建立基于蛋白质组学的PTC颈部淋巴结转移预测模型。并探索利用PTC患者FNA标本检测蛋白质组学的优选方法，建立源自FNA标本蛋白质组学的术前PTC颈部淋巴结转移预测模型。

Objectives of Study：

Proteomic technology will be used to detect the proteomic differences between paraffin specimens of PTC with cervical lymph node metastasis and those without cervical lymph node metastasis, and a prediction model of cervical lymph node metastasis of PTC will be established based on proteomics. In addition, we will explore to establish a preoperative prediction model of cervical lymph node metastasis of PTC patients based on FNA samples.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有颈部放射史或甲状腺二次手术史； 2.蛋白总量、抽提方法和保存条件不符合要求的标本； 3.病理类型为结节性甲状腺肿、滤泡癌或髓样癌等非甲状腺乳头状癌标本； 4.病例资料不全无法溯源； 5.患者拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of neck radiation or secondary thyroid surgery; 2. Samples with total protein content, extraction method, and storage conditions that do not meet the requirements; 3. Pathological types include non papillary thyroid carcinoma specimens such as nodular goiter, follicular carcinoma, or medullary carcinoma; 4. The case data is incomplete and cannot be traced; 5. The patient refused to participate in the study.
