研究目的：

本研究项目拟应用盐酸曲马多联合超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞探究其在预防小儿腹部手术苏醒期躁动、加速外科康复的意义。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, Tramadol hydrochloride combined with ultrasonic-guided erector ridge muscle plane block was applied to explore its significance in preventing agitation during the recovery period of abdominal surgery in children and accelerating surgical rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、单腔气管插管绝对禁忌症、恶性高热易感患儿；
2、心肺、肝肾功能不全患儿；
3、有严重感染、脱水、电解质紊乱和休克患儿；
4、存在神经-肌肉系统疾病的患儿；
5、T12-L3脊正中线旁开2-4cm感染、疤痕者；
6、酰胺类局麻药过敏史、中枢性镇痛药过敏史；
7、慢性疼痛病史及长期服用各类镇痛药史、严重脑损伤、意识模糊、呼吸抑制者；
8、正在使用单胺氧化酶抑制剂者、有药物滥用或依赖性倾向者；
9、入组前3个月以内曾参加过其他临床试验的患儿及正在参加其他临床试验的患儿；
10、根据试验负责医师判断，实施试验可能会使受试者危险性增加、或可能无法获得足够试验数据的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Absolute Contraindication of single lumen Tracheal intubation, Malignant hyperthermia susceptible children; 2. Children with heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 3. Children with severe infection, dehydration, electrolyte disorder and shock; 4. Children with neuro Muscular system diseases; 5. Patients with infection or scars 2-4cm apart from the midline of the T12-L3 spinal cord; 6. Allergic history of amide local anesthetics and central Analgesic; 7. History of Chronic pain and long-term use of various Analgesic, severe brain injury, confusion, respiratory depression; 8. Those who are using Monoamine oxidase inhibitor or have a tendency of drug abuse or dependence; 9. Children who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before enrollment and those who are currently participating in other clinical trials; 10. According to the judgment of the physician in charge of the trial, the implementation of the trial may increase the risk of the subjects or may not be able to obtain sufficient trial data for children.
