研究目的：

通过检测术后早期肌钙蛋白（cTnI）的水平这一心肌损伤敏感指标，来探讨术中强化保温和积极保温是否都可以降低结直肠癌手术患者术后心肌损伤的发生率，以及强化保温和积极保温策略在降低术后心肌损伤的发生率的程度上有无差异，从而为优化结直肠肿瘤手术术中麻醉管理策略提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By detecting the level of troponin (cTnI) in the early postoperative period, which is a sensitive indicator of myocardial injury, the purpose of this study was to investigate whether both intensive and active intraoperative insulation can reduce the incidence of postoperative myocardial injury in patients with colorectal cancer surgery, and whether there is a difference in the degree to which intensive insulation and active insulation strategies can reduce the incidence of postoperative myocardial injury. Thus, it provides theoretical basis for optimizing the management strategy of intraoperative anesthesia in colorectal tumor surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的心血管疾病； 2.肾衰竭； 3.免疫系统疾病； 4.放化疗史； 5.有凝血障碍、感染以及脓毒血症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiovascular disease; 2. Kidney failure; 3. Immune system diseases; 4. History of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 5. Patients with clotting disorders, infections, and sepsis.
