研究目的:

本项目拟采用全基因组甲基化芯片和转录组测序技术通过整合分析从多组学角度探索与骨质疏松发生密切相关的基因,并进一步研究其发展机制。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this project is to explore the genes closely related to the occurrence of osteoporosis from the perspective of multiple groups by means of whole genome methylation and transcriptome sequencing technology, and to further study its development mechanism.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

既往患有影响骨代谢疾病如肾脏疾病、肝脏疾病、甲状腺疾病、糖尿病、高泌乳素血症、卵巢切除术、类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、慢性腹湾等吸收不良症状、恶性肿瘤、血液病以及最近一年中发生过病理性骨折或者外伤性骨折的个体。患有高血压病、冠状动脉粥样硬化症、心肌梗死、脑梗死以及感染性病者均排除在本研究之外。

Exclusion criteria:

Previously suffering from bone metabolism diseases such as kidney disease, liver disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, hyperprolactinemia, ovariectomy, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, chronic abdominal bones and other adverse symptoms, Blood disease, and individuals who have undergone pathological fractures or traumatic fractures in the last year. Patients with hypertension, coronary atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, and infectious disease were excluded from the study.
