研究目的：

建立基于我国人群的 ASPVD 前瞻性队列以及生物样本库；建立并优化 ASPVD 相关的多种代谢物、NAD 及代谢酶 CD38、以及血清巯基的测定方法，建 立生物学增龄评估模型，为 ASPVD 及相关疾病的防治提供有应用价值的危险因素指标；分析这些指标在不同类型间的区别及转归关系，探究他们与疾病严重程 度及 MACCEs 的关系；分析各代谢物及生物学增龄与 ASPVD 和终点事件的关系； 整合新标志物进入现有 MACCEs 风险预测模型，改善风险预测能力。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a prospective cohort and biobank of ASPVD based on Chinese population; To establish and optimize the determination methods of multiple metabolites, NAD and metabolic enzyme CD38 related to ASPVD, as well as serum sulfhydryl groups, establish a biological aging evaluation model, and provide valuable risk factor indicators for the prevention and treatment of ASPVD and related diseases; To analyze the differences and outcome relationships of these indicators among different types, and to explore their relationship with disease severity and MACCEs; To analyze the relationship between each metabolite and biological aging and ASPVD and endpoint events; To integrate new markers into the existing MACCEs risk prediction model and improve risk prediction ability.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

原发性肺动脉高压或者严重肺部疾病；先天性心脏病；风湿 性心脏病；严重心衰；心脏移植；其他器官移植；怀孕或哺乳期，或在研究期间 准备怀孕的妇女；进展性的致命性疾病；酗酒或滥用药物史；有精神疾病正在接 受治疗；肿瘤放化疗患者；急慢性传染病患者；预计生存期小于 3 年的。

Exclusion criteria：

Primary pulmonary hypertension or severe lung disease; congenital heart disease; rheumatic heart disease; severe heart failure; heart transplantation; other organ transplantation; pregnant or lactating women, or preparing to become pregnant during the study period; progressive fatal disease; history of alcoholism or drug abuse; mental illness receiving treatment; cancer chemoradiotherapy patients; acute and chronic infectious diseases patients; expected survival of less than 3 years.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用“优数调查数据管理系统”录入患者入组时的基线数据（以 北京医院电子病历系统为原始数据源），并对基线数据库进行定期质控； 随访数据库：以调查问卷方式（作为原始数据源）对不同随访方式的结果进 行统计，然后导入与基线数据对应的随访数据库，定期进行指控。 数据库维护：数据库对不同终端上传的数据自动同步、网络备份，对原始数 据具有自动纠错功能，对存在逻辑错误数据进行提示。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

"Excellent Data Survey Data Management System" was used to enter the baseline data of patients at enrollment (with the electronic medical record system of Beijing Hospital as the original data source), and the baseline database was subject to regular quality control; follow-up database: the results of different follow-up methods were statistically analyzed by questionnaire (as the original data source), and then the follow-up database corresponding to the baseline data was imported and charged regularly. Database maintenance: automatic synchronization and network backup of data uploaded by different terminals, automatic error correction function for original data, and prompting for logical error data.
