研究目的：

1.本研究拟麻醉手术过程中持续静脉泵入亚麻醉剂量艾司氯胺酮，观察该策略是否能够促进机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者术后胃肠功能早期恢复。 2.观察该策略对机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者术中血流动力学以及术后疼痛、恶心呕吐、术后并发症发生率等方面的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. In this study, we plan to continuously pump the flaxen-linked dose of Esketamine into the vein during anesthesia surgery, and observe whether this strategy can promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. 2. Observe the impact of this strategy on the hemodynamics of patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, postoperative pain, nausea and vomiting, and postoperative complications

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心、肺等重要脏器功能严重不全； 2. 既往腹部手术史或慢性消化系统疾病史； 3.术前存在贫血、低蛋白血症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart and lungs; 2. Previous history of abdominal surgery or chronic digestive system diseases; 3. Anemia and Hypoproteinemia existed before operation.
