排除孩子处于疾病危重期或临终期（生存期≤6周），或孩子有认知或精神方面疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude children who are in critical illness or terminal stage (survival period <= 6 weeks), or children with cognitive or psychiatric diseases.
