研究目的：

在我们的研究中，我们针对早期luminalA型乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织分别进行转录组测序，获长链非编码RNA (long no-coding RNA, lncRNA) 和mRNA表达谱，并通过生物信息学方法对差异表达的lncRNA进行功能注释，试图从分子水平解释早期luminal B型乳腺癌的发生发展机制，并为luminal B早期诊断和靶向治疗研究提供一定的理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

The In our study, we performed long trans-coding RNA (lncRNA) and mRNA expression profiles for early luminal A breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues, respectively, and were analyzed by bioinformatics The expression of lncRNA, which is differentially expressed, is intended to explain the mechanism of development of early luminal B breast cancer from the molecular level and provide a theoretical basis for early diagnosis and targeted therapy of luminal B.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有癌症史的患者或在诊断时发现并发其他肿瘤；（2）被诊断为TNMIII期和IV期的luminal B乳腺癌患者；（3）被诊断为其他亚型的乳腺癌患者；（4）患者年龄小于18岁。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with a history of cancer or in the diagnosis found concurrent with other tumors;
(2) patients with luminal B breast cancer diagnosed with TNMIII and IV;
(3) breast cancer patients diagnosed with other subtypes.
