评估末端可弯负压吸引鞘联合一次性软镜治疗肾下盏结石的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of novel tip-flexible suctioning ureteral access sheath (NTFS-UAS) with single-use digital flexible ureteroscope (FURS) for treating lower pole renal calculi.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

回顾性分析采用末端可弯负压吸引鞘联合国产一次性软性输尿管镜治疗肾下盏结石患者的临床资料。末端可弯负压吸引鞘联合吸引装置，置入于肾盂或肾盏中。国产一次性软性输尿管镜与光纤自鞘置入用于碎石。分析患者人口学资料、围手术期资料和并发症。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The clinical data of patients with lower pole renal calculi treated by novel tip-flexible suctioning ureteral access sheath combined with single-use digital flexible ureteroscope were analyzed retrospectively. The NTFS-UAS was located in renal pelvis or renal calyces and combined with vacuum device for suctioning, single-use digital flexible ureteroscope and laser fiber were inserted through NTFS-UAS for lithotripsy. The patient demographic data, perioperative finding and complications were analysed. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并同侧输尿管结石或对侧上尿路结石或下尿路结石患者； 2.RIRS的相对和绝对并发症； 3.泌尿系先天性畸形； 4.尿流改道术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with ipsilateral distal ureteral stone or upper urinary stone on reverse side or combined with lower urinary stone; 2. Any relative or absolute contraindications for RIRS; 3. Presence of urinary anatomical abnormalities; 4. Previous urinary diversion surgery.
