构建联盟共建模式下农村老年肺癌患者延续性护理方案，检验该方案对农村老年肺癌患者的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a continuous nursing scheme for rural elderly patients with lung cancer under the mode of alliance co-construction and test the intervention effect of this scheme on rural elderly patients with lung cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

癌症终末期（预计生存时间不超过6个月）；合并其他癌症病种或重大疾病；被隐瞒病情；明确诊断有视觉、听力及认知障碍、语言沟通障碍者；正在参加其他研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Terminal cancer (estimated survival time is less than 6 months); Combined with other cancer diseases or major diseases; Concealed illness; Clear diagnosis of visual, hearing and cognitive disorders, language communication disorders; Joining other researchers.
