By evaluating the data and experience of patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic pyelolithotomy in our hospital in recent 10 years, the indications were discussed.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患有复发性肾盂肾炎、肾肿瘤的患者； 2. 病例资料不全，缺乏重要指标结果。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with recurrent pyelonephritis or renal tumor; 2. Incomplete case data and lack of important index results.
