研究目的：

观察艾司氯胺酮在髋关节置换术后自控静脉镇痛中的作用

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of esketamine on automatic intravenous analgesia after hip arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 对所用研究药物有过敏或有禁忌者； 2. 在入选本研究前3个月内参与其他临床研究； 3. 下肢运动及感觉神经损伤者； 4. 心、肺等重要脏器功能障碍者； 5.既往有精神病史或认知功能障碍者，近期服用精神类药物史； 6. 不能理解及沟通交流的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic or contraindicated to the drug used in the study; 2. Participate in other clinical studies within 3 months before being enrolled in this study; 3. Lower extremity motor and sensory nerve injury; 4. Patients with dysfunction of the heart, lungs and other important organs; 5. Patients with a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment and a recent history of taking psychiatric drugs; 6. Patients who cannot understand and communicate.
