依据分泌性中耳炎相关病因分类进行精准治疗的研究，指导临床，为分泌性中耳炎的防治研究提供新的线索及理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

According to the related etiology classification of secretory otitis media, precise treatment research is conducted to guide clinical practice and provide new clues and theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of secretory otitis media.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.化脓性中耳炎； 2.鼓膜穿孔； 3.肿瘤； 4.严重的系统性疾病； 5.失访的患者； 6.对大环内酯类药物、质子泵抑制剂药物不耐受或过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suppurative otitis media; 2. Tympanic membrane perforation; 3. Patients with tumors; 4. Severe systemic diseases; 5. Patients who were lost to follow-up; 6. People who are intolerant macrolides or proton pump inhibitors of drug or allergic.
