研究目的：

探究口腔生物修复膜和粘性骨块联合用于牙槽嵴保存术的效果，评估其对术后疼痛情况、伤口愈合情况、牙槽骨吸收情况和角化龈形成情况的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of the combined application of the membranes and sticky bones for alveolar ridge preservation in terms of its effect on postoperative pain, wound healing, alveolar bone resorption and keratinized gingiva formation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患牙具有急性牙周脓肿或根尖周感染； 2.舌腭侧骨板吸收超过根长1/3； 3.严重的高血压、糖尿病和肝肾疾病患者； 4.长期服用抗凝药物患者； 5.具有放疗和化疗病史的患者； 6.交流障碍、无法配合进行临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The affected tooth has acute periodontal abscess or periapical infection; 2. The absorption of tongue and palate bone plate exceeds 1/3 of the root length; 3. Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes and liver and kidney diseases; 4. Patients taking anticoagulant drugs for a long time; 5. Patients with a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 6. Those who have communication barriers and are unable to cooperate with clinical trials.
