研究目的：

本实验拟对手术患者使用不同剂量瑞玛唑仑，观察其对患者心脏电生理的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, different doses of Remazolam were used in patients undergoing surgery to observe the effects of Remazolam on cardiac electrophysiology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）对瑞马唑仑过敏患者；（2）呼吸功能不全的患者；（3）术前心肺功能、肝肾功能及电解质异常的患者；（4）ECG提示明显心律失常的患者，如房性心律失常、室性心律失常及传导阻滞等，或QTc间期男性≥450 ms，女性≥460 ms；（5）服用其他影响心室复极的药物如抗心律失常药物、抗生素药物及抗抑郁药等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients allergic to Remazolam; (2) Patients with respiratory dysfunction; (3) Patients with preoperative cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney function, and electrolyte abnormalities; (4) Patients with obvious arrhythmia indicated by ECG, such as atrial arrhythmias, ventricular arrhythmias, and conduction block, or QTc interval ≥ 450 ms for males and ≥ 460 ms for females; (5) Take other drugs that affect ventricular repolarization, such as antiarrhythmic drugs, antibiotics, and antidepressants.
