研究目的：

比较罗哌卡因、利多卡因在颞下颌关节紊乱病及关节灌洗中的作用对比研究，并为在临床中开展罗哌卡因的应用研究提供了依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of ropivacaine and lidocaine in temporomandibular joint disorder and synovial joint lavage provided a basis for the application of ropivacaine in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

药物：利多卡因、罗哌卡因； 治疗方案：通过麻醉药物局部麻醉及关节灌洗，比较治疗前后疗效及关节液炎性介质。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Medications: lidocaine, ropivacaine; Treatment plan: Compare the efficacy and inflammatory mediators of joint fluid before and after treatment through local anesthesia with anesthetic drugs and joint irrigation. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.二周内，接受了其他关节部药物注射或侵入性检查操作者； 2.有偏侧咀嚼习惯或严重咬合干扰者； 3.过敏、孕妇及哺乳期妇女； 4.诊断明确的风湿、类风湿、血液系统疾病患者及其他严重全身性病变患者； 5.资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Within two weeks, those who have received other joint drug injections or invasive examination operators; 2. Those who have partial chewing habits or severe bite interference; 3. Allergies, pregnant women and lactating women; 4. Patients with a clear diagnosis of rheumatism, rheumatoid, blood system diseases and other serious systemic lesions; 5. Incomplete information.
