发展一个以理论为基础的、适合于中国文化背景的工作场所预防控制超重肥胖的健康行为干预项目，并且获得项目有效性和可行性的充分证据。

Objectives of Study：

This study will develop a health behavior intervention project which is theory based and suitable for Chinese culture and value system for prevention and control of overweight and obesity at worksites.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①怀孕；②BMI<18.5；③因阅读或交流障碍而不能完成问卷调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant;
2. BMI<18.5;
3. Participants who can not finish an interview due to reading or communication barriers.

整群随机分组。完成基线调查后，根据工作场所大小、基线调查应答率、女性比例、久坐工作比例和工作场所类型等方面的相似性将入选的工作场所进行配对并随机分入干预组（2家）和对照组（2家）

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Random cluster. After baseline survey, the selected workplaces will be paired according to the similarity of workplace size, baseline survey response rate, the proportion of women, the proportion of sedentary work and workplace types. And then they will be randomly divided into intervention group (2 workplaces)
