研究目的：

基于微生物组学、代谢组学、免疫组学分析不同手术方式（左半结肠切除术、右半结肠切除术、乙状结肠切除术、直肠癌根治术、低位直肠切除预防性回肠造口术）对结直肠癌患者肠道菌群及机体代谢、免疫的影响，并探究其对患者预后的作用，为结直肠癌术后益生菌辅助治疗，改善患者预后提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the effects of different surgical procedures (left hemicolectomy, right hemicolectomy, sigmoid resection, radical rectal cancer, low rectal resection with prophylactic ileostomy) on colorectal cancer patients' intestinal flora and organism metabolism and immunity based on microbiomics, metabolomics and immunomics, and investigate their effects on patients' prognosis, so as to provide new ideas for probiotic-assisted treatment of colorectal cancer after surgery and improve patients' prognosis and provide new ideas.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.标本收集前1周使用过各种抗生素或益生菌； 2.具有其胃肠道等消化系统疾病的； 3.具有代谢性疾病，如肥胖症、糖尿病、各种肝病等； 4.具有家族聚集性病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have used various antibiotics or probiotics 1 week before specimen collection; 2. Have their gastrointestinal tract and other digestive system diseases; 3. Have metabolic diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, various liver diseases, etc.; 4. Have family aggregated cases.
