研究目的：

调查与使用常规作业疗法的脑卒中病人相比，使用任务导向的单目视觉镜像治疗康复仪对病人上肢功能和日常生活活动能力恢复的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to investigate the effects of task-based mirror therapy(using a newly designed mirror) compared to conventional occupational therapy in moderate and severe upper limb impairment by analyzing the motor function and activities of daily living in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

患者坐位，正对镜像治疗仪，双手放进治疗箱，根据偏瘫侧的不同，设置不同影像采集区域，镜像治疗仪上有一面高清液晶显示屏，可以把健侧手的影像镜面转化，形成双手均能自由活动的视频图像。患者可通过观察液晶屏幕上图像形成“视错觉”，从而激活镜像神经元，诱发患侧手的主动活动。试验组患者须每天接受25分钟的功能性镜像治疗。任务导向性的实现如下：患者使用健肢活动的同时观察镜面影像，同时要求患者尽量使用患侧手一同完成以下动作：屈伸肘，尺偏和桡偏，屈伸腕，屈伸手指，手指内收和外展以及使用海绵球，水杯，抹布，筷子，杯子，管子以及木块等。因此，患者被告知用健侧上肢去移动诸如手表，戒指等物品来促进想象的发生。该过程重点在健侧上肢，肘，腕和手指进行运动的同时放置一个东西于患肢，以此来促进刺激的发生，患侧上肢可能无任何允许的自行活动。

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 脑卒中前已患有手功能障碍者；
② 存在视觉障碍或偏侧忽略者；
③ 严重认知障碍或者卒中后抑郁者；
④ 体内有金属植入物比如心脏起搏器等各类金属器件者；
⑤ 患有严重基础疾病，比如：NYHA心功能4级或严重COPD；
⑥ 同时期参加其他临床实验的受试者；
⑦ 研究者判断不适合本试验的受试者；
⑧ 受试者自行退出。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with upper limb dysfunction before stroke; 2. People with visual impairment or unilateral neglect; 3. Severe cognitive impairment or post-stroke depression; 4. There are metal implants in the body, such as cardiac pacemakers and other metal devices; 5. Suffering from serious underlying diseases, such as heart function level 4(NYHA) or severe COPD; 6. Subjects participating in other clinical trials at the same time; 7. Subjects judged to be unsuitable for this trial 8. Subjects withdraw voluntarily.
