研究目的：

1.评估不孕患者的血清NE、DA、5-HT水平，以及血清GnRH、FSH、LH、E2、AMH水平，统计患者的单胺神经递质与性激素的差异，分析其与焦虑抑郁的相关性； 2.分析不孕患者的肠道菌群，再分析肠道菌群与单胺神经递质、HPO激素水平的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the serum levels of NE, DA and 5-HT, as well as the serum levels of GnRH, FSH, LH, E2 and AMH of infertility patients were evaluated. The differences of monoamine neurotransmitters and sex hormones in patients were analyzed, and the correlation with anxiety and depression; 2. To analyze the intestinal flora of infertile patients was analyzed, and the relationship between the intestinal flora and the levels of monoamine neurotransmitter and HPO hormone.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

高血压、糖尿病、明显便秘、腹泻的患者；近一个月内口服过抗生素或益生菌制剂的患者。另外正常人群30人为正常组，无高血压、糖尿病、便秘及腹泻，无不孕史，近一个月未口服过抗生素或益生菌制剂。入组人群均有初中以上文化水平，能理解并自行完成相关的自评量表。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with hypertension, diabetes, obvious constipation, diarrhea; Patients who have taken antibiotics or probiotics orally within the last month. In addition, 30 people in the normal group had no hypertension, diabetes, constipation and diarrhea, no infertility history, and no oral antibiotics or probiotics in the past month. All the enrolled people had the education level of junior high school or above, and could understand and complete the relevant self-rating scale by themselves.
