研究S-100可吸收止血贴片覆盖在鼻内镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术（En-DCR）中对吻合口粘膜的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of S-100 absorbable hemostatic patch coverage on anastomotic mucosa in endonasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy(En-DCR).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 全身疾病史（如糖尿病、高血压、甲亢、凝血障碍）； 2. 18岁以下的患者； 3. 既往泪管和鼻疾病的手术史； 4. 倒睫或眼睑位置异常（如内翻和外翻）； 5. 眼睑或鼻子创伤； 6. 鼻疾病（如鼻占位、严重鼻中隔偏曲、息肉、鼻窦炎）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of systemic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, coagulation disorder); 2. Patients under the age of 18; 3. Previous surgical history of lacrimal duct and nasal diseases; 4. Trichiasis or abnormal eyelid position (such as entropion and ectropion); 5. Eyelid or nose trauma; 6. Nasal diseases (such as nasal occupying, severe nasal septum deviation, polyps, sinusitis).

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A researcher will use the random number table method to generate the distribution sequence. The random number was obtained from the 5th number of the 5th column of the random number table. The odd-numbered eyes were hemostatic patch group and the even-numbered eyes were the control group.
