研究目的：

本研究拟通过在跌仆训练方案基础上结合核心力量训练，形成适合于老年人的防跌倒综合康复方案，通过临床研究验证其防跌倒效果是否优于单纯跌仆训练或核心力量训练。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Diepu exercises preventing fall-realated injuries- among the elder individuals with sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

根据老年人的生理特点对跌仆训练法的动作进行补充和设计改良，形成适合老年人练习的防跌倒综合康复方案。纳入120位60-90岁骨骼肌减少症老年人，通过随机对照试验分为跌仆训练结合核心训练综合组、跌仆训练组、核心训练组、对照组共4组，每组30人。干预过程分基线评估、第12周结局指标评估。研究采用改良跌倒效能量表（MFES）、起立行走计时测试（TUG）、跌倒次数等来评估效果。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A total of 120 participants, between 60 to 80 years of age were recruited from three local communities and randomly assigned to the Diepu&core muscle training exercise group (DCG), Diepu training group (DG) ,Core muscle group (CMG) and the control group (CG) 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

近6个月无脑卒中、深感觉障碍、前庭或小脑病变、眩晕、心理障碍及重要器官功能衰竭等病史。

Exclusion criteria：

No history of stroke, deep sensory disorders, vestibular or cerebellar lesions, vertigo, psychological disorders and vital organ failure in last 6 months

通过SPSS软件，ComputeVariable对话框下的TargetVariable框中输入随机数的变量名,定义为random,然后选取Functions and SpecialVariables子对话框下的Rv.Norma,在Numeric Expression表达式框内确定出函数表达式，结果输入random变量一列会产生一组随机数字
