研究目的：

评估牙周非手术治疗早期干预与常规口腔卫生宣教相比，对伴III期牙周炎的慢性肾脏病患者因牙周导致的失牙率改善的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of early intervention of non-surgical periodontal treatment compared with routine oral health education in improving the rate of tooth loss caused by periodontitis in patients with chronic kidney disease with stage III periodontitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 无牙颌患者； 2. 恶性肿瘤患者； 3. 存在影响牙周治疗表现/效果的系统性疾病； 4. 存在出血性疾病或凝血障碍无法接受牙周非手术治疗者； 5. 怀孕或在研究期间计划怀孕的女性； 6. 在牙科治疗前需要预防性使用抗生素的患者； 7. 过去3个月内接受过抗生素治疗； 8. 过去12个月内接受过牙周治疗（龈上洁治除外）； 9. 正参与其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with edentulous jaw; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. There are systemic diseases affecting the performance/effect of periodontal treatment; 4. Patients with hemorrhagic disease or coagulation disorder who cannot receive periodontal non-surgical treatment; 5. Patients who were pregnant or planned to become pregnant during the study period; 6. Patients requiring prophylactic antibiotic use before dental treatment; 7. Received antibiotic treatment in the past 3 months; 8. Periodontal treatment (other than supracingival cleaning) in the past 12 months; 9. Participating in other clinical trials.
