探索ERAS方案应用于非体外循环冠脉搭桥术的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and efficacy of ERAS protocol for non-extracorporeal circulation coronary artery bypass grafting.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心功能（NYHA分级）IV级； 2.有严重的精神及心理疾病； 3.术前存在肺部或其它部位感染； 4.现有心脏起搏器； 5.酗酒、吸毒及药物滥用史； 6.研究人员认为不适合或家属及患者拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cardiac function (NYHA classification) class IV; 2. Severe psychiatric and psychological disorders; 3. Preoperative lung or other site infection; 4. Existing pacemaker; 5. History of alcohol, drug and substance abuse; 6. Not considered suitable by the investigator or family and patient refusal to participate in the study.
