研究目的：

本次试验通过与已在中国上市的同类产品进行比较，评价腹腔内窥镜手术系统用于辅助胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的有效性与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This trial evaluates the effectiveness and safety of the endoscopic surgical system for assisted thoracoscopic radical lung cancer surgery by comparing it with similar products already available in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急诊手术； 2.合并严重的心脑血管疾病或严重的心、肺、肝、肾等主要脏器功能不全，不能行外科手术者； 3.合并严重凝血功能障碍（APTT或PT＞正常值1.5倍）者； 4.合并严重且未控制的高血压（收缩压≥180mmHg或舒张压≥110mmHg）、糖尿病（空腹血糖≥10mmol/L）、血液系统疾病或免疫系统疾病； 5.合并手术部位或全身性感染、严重炎症反应； 6.合并严重胸膜粘连、胸腔大量积液； 7.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 8.ASA评分大于II级； 9.合并严重精神疾病，不能配合的患者； 10.参与其他研究性药物或器械临床试验未完成者； 11.研究者认为不适合参与本项目的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery; 2. Combined with serious cardiovascular disease or serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other major organ insufficiency, unable to perform surgical procedures; 3. Combined with severe coagulation dysfunction (APTT or PT > 1.5 times the normal value); 4. Combined with severe and uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure ≥ 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 110 mmHg), diabetes mellitus (fasting blood glucose >= 10 mmol/L), hematologic disorders or immune system disorders; 5. Combined with surgical site or systemic infection, severe inflammatory reaction; 6. Combined with severe pleural adhesions, large pleural effusion; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. ASA score greater than grade II; 9. Patients with combined severe mental illness who are unable to cooperate; 10. Patients participating in other investigational drug or device clinical trials that have not been completed; 11. Patients deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this project.
