研究目的：

探讨综合肺康复治疗对脑卒中呼吸功能的影响；并与常规治疗对照，观察两者的临床疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation on respiratory function in patients with hemiplegia. ;And comparing with traditional exercise therapy, observe the clinical effects of the difference.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有心血管、肺、肝肾等严重脏器功能障碍；②生命体征不稳定；③有精神病史或有严重认知障碍、视听理解障碍，无法配合指令； ④既往有重度肺动脉高压、骨关节病变等影响呼吸训练者；⑤有肺部肿瘤、活动性肺结核、接触部位皮肤溃疡或皮疹等影响肺部物理治疗者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. With cardiovascular, lung, liver and kidney and other serious organ dysfunction;
2. Unstable vital signs;
3. Had a history of mental illness or severe cognitive impairment, audio-visual understanding obstacle, unable to cooperate with instructions;
4. Had a diseases such as severe pulmonary hypertension, Severe joint disease which interfere with breath training;
5. With lung cancer, active tuberculosis, Skin infection and ulcers.
