研究目的：

观察机器人腹腔镜膀胱根治性切除术+Mainz II尿流改道术围手术期及尿控的结果。  

Objectives of Study：

To present the perioperative outcomes and continence after robotic-assisted radical cystectomy (RARC) with Mainz Pouch II urinary diversion (UD) in patients with bladder cancer at a single institution.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肛门括约肌功能障碍； 2.盆腔放疗后； 3.乙状结肠憩室； 4.慢性腹泻； 5.既往乙状结肠和直肠手术史； 6.肾功能不全，血肌酐 > 200 μmol/L； 7.凝血功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Anal sphincter dysfunction; 2. After pelvic radiotherapy; 3. Sigmoid diverticulum; 4. Chronic diarrhea; 5. The previous sigmoid colon and rectal surgical history; 6. Renal dysfunction, serum creatinine > 200 μmol/L; 7. Coagulation disorders.
