研究目的：

通过病例队列研究，评价不同微脉冲激光能量治疗CSC疾病的有效性和安全性，获得微脉冲激光能量治疗中浆疾病最佳激光能量区间的高级别循证证据，优化并补充微脉冲治疗CSC 的临床实践指南/专家共识，指导临床实践。

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical randomized controlled study, to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of different micro-pulse laser energy in the treatment of CSC diseases, obtain high-level evidence-based evidence of the best laser energy range in the treatment of plasma diseases with micro-pulse laser energy, optimize and supplement the clinical practice guidelines/expert consensus of micro-pulse treatment of CSC, and guide clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.继发性脉络膜新生血管； 2.伴有其他眼部疾病，如AMD、息肉状脉络膜血管病、青光眼或眼外伤； 3.临床症状出现之前的全身类固醇使用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. PDT and/or laser treatments in the study eye within 3 months prior to enrolment; 2. The presence of other retinal lesions such as CNV, poly-poidal choroidal vasculopathy or age-related macular, or evidence of another diagnosis that could explain the accumulation of SRF; 3. History of systemic steroid usage before the onset of the clinical symptoms.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由主要研究者使用EXCEL 软件进行完全随机化分组： 1.挑选100例光凝术后CSC患者，输入患者号； 2.打开excel 软件, 在“A1”单元格输入“1”，用“Ctrl”键和填充柄在“A 列”拖拽出所需的患者号“1～100”。产生随机数：在“B1”单元格单击“插入”菜单中选取“fx”，在对话框中选择“rand”后“确定”，粘贴上第1 个随机号。用“填充柄”拖拽，使所有患者号均编上不同的随机号，对已产生的100个随机号用“复制”和“选择性粘贴”、“数值”加以固定； 3.将随机数排序：在“数据”菜单中选取“排序”，以B 列随机号“递增”排序，将患者号按其附上的随机号的顺序由小到大重新排列； 4.分组：然后按先后顺序，每20个号为1 组，分为5组，每个治疗组各20例。各组再以患者号分别排序并加上表头。

The main researchers used EXCEL software to conduct complete randomization grouping: 1. Select 100 patients with CSC after photocoagulation and input the patient number; 2. Open the excel software, enter "1" in the "A1" cell, and use the "Ctrl" key and the filling handle to drag the required patient number "1-100".
