研究目的:

本项目拟利用多模态磁共振技术,从脑结构、功能、连接和网络等多角度探究同型半胱氨酸水平、MTHFR基因多态性与脑小血管病的联系模式,重点阐述补充维生素D对大脑结构、功能、连接和网络的治疗效果,提高对维生素D和脑小血管病之间联系的遗传学及神经机制的全面认识。  

Objectives of Study:

To explore the association between folic acid, gene polymorphism of MTHFR receptor and cerebral small vascular disease from the perspective of brain structure, function, connectivity and network, the multimodal magnetic resonance imaging technology is used. Further, we focus on the therapeutic effect of folic acid supplementation on brain structure, function, connectivity and network. We aim to improve the overall understanding of the genetic and neural mechanisms between vitamin D and cerebral small vascular disease.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.脑肿瘤,头部外伤或手术史; 2.脑出血,大面积脑梗死或脑大血管狭窄; 3.伴其他可导致认知功能损害的神经系统疾病,如帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病或路易体痴呆; 4.伴严重的视觉、听觉或语言功能障碍; 5.伴精神疾病或药物酒精滥用; 6.肝、肾、心、肺功能不全或全身恶性肿瘤; 7.磁共振扫描禁忌,如金属假牙、心血管支架或心脏起搏器等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. History of brain tumor, head injury or surgery; 2. Cerebral hemorrhage, extensive cerebral infarction or cerebral vascular stenosis; 3. Other neurological diseases that can cause cognitive impairment, such as Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, or Lewy body dementia; 4. Accompanied by severe visual, auditory, or language impairments; 5. Accompanied by mental illness or drug and alcohol abuse; 6. Liver, kidney, heart, and lung dysfunction or systemic malignant tumors; 7. Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging, such as metal dentures, cardiovascular stents, or pacemakers.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The case record form is designed by study leader and study team researchers.The paper version data of all subjects will be locked in the the restricted area of First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University safely,and only test-related researchers can refer to.The electronic version date of all subjects will be entered in a password required secure database,and only lab-related personnel can log in.All test-related data will be kept for at least five years after the test is completed.
