研究目的:

1.构建全新的深度学习算法,可基于常规影像成像序列完成高精度肿瘤形态重建,继而实现可临床转化的个性化截骨导板的快速精准制定; 2.利用3D打印辅助大病理切片技术与病理图像匹配算法,实现肿瘤病理验证的AI数据库; 3.使用人工智能实现病理图像生成,辅助提升病理图像分割精度,为后续实现肿瘤边界优化打下基础。  

Objectives of Study:

1. A new deep learning algorithm was constructed to complete high-precision tumor morphology reconstruction based on conventional imaging sequences, and then realize the rapid and accurate formulation of personalized osteotomy guide which can be clinically translated; 2. Use 3D print-assisted large pathological section technology and pathological image matching algorithm to realize AI database of tumor pathological verification; 3. Use artificial intelligence to generate pathological images, assist to improve the accuracy of pathological image segmentation, and lay a foundation for the subsequent realization of tumor boundary optimization.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 对本试验所用新技术不能接受者; 2. 骨盆有金属假体植入病史者; 3. 不能按期随诊或因其他原因不能与研究者配合者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The new technology used in this experiment cannot be accepted; 2. Patients with history of metal prosthesis implantation in pelvis; 3. Patients who cannot follow up on schedule or cannot cooperate with researchers for other reasons.
