研究目的：

研究以成人语后聋人工耳蜗植入者为目标人群，目的是调查语言和认知功能与人工耳蜗植入后言语识别率之间的关联，以及初步评估人工耳蜗植入者与正常人群的认知差异，其研究初步结论及目标人群可作为后续时间跨度长的队列研究的前期研究基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between language and cognitive function and speech recognition rate after cochlear implantation, and to preliminarily evaluate the cognitive difference between cochlear implants and normal people. The preliminary conclusions of the study and the target population can be used as the preliminary research basis for the long-term follow-up cohort study.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有先天性耳聋、语言障碍以及失明等不能配合检查者；
2.患有精神疾病患者；
3.临床确诊的痴呆患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with congenital deafness, language disorder and blindness who cannot cooperate with the examination;
2. Patients with mental illness;
3. Clinically confirmed dementia patients.
