探索阈下抑郁个体和重度抑郁症患者脑激活特点，对阈下抑郁进行鉴别诊断。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore brain activation characteristics of subthreshold depressed individuals and patients with major depression for differential diagnosis of subthreshold depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有其他神经精神疾病史； 2.入组前服用任何精神科药物治疗； 3.被确诊为其他严重疾病正在接受治疗； 4.强烈自杀观念或不合作患者； 5.怀孕或哺乳； 6.一级亲属无精神障碍诊断。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of other neuropsychiatric disorders; 2. Taking any psychiatric medication prior to enrollment; 3. Diagnosed with other serious illnesses undergoing treatment; 4. Strong suicidal ideation or uncooperative patients; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 6. No first-degree relatives with a mental disorder diagnosis.
