研究目的：

本课题主要以提高乳腺癌患者的感知控制水平为目的，以先进的OPT 护理程序模型作为理论框架，构建并实施以个性化需求为基础的护理方案，测量和分析其对患者的感知控制和生活质量的影响，这为探索更理想的护理措施和干预方法提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to improve the level of perceived control among patients with breast cancer. The advanced OPT nursing program model as the theoretical framework, the nursing program based on individual needs is constructed and implemented, and its influence on patients' perceived control and quality of life are measured and analyzed. It may provide reference for exploring more ideal nursing measures and intervention methods.

1.复发或转移患者；
2.有并发症的患者；
3.既往有精神疾病史者；
4.听力障碍的患者。

2. Patients with complications;
3. Patients with a history of mental illness;
4. Patients with hearing impairment.
