研究目的：

1.明确去壁灵芝孢子粉对HIV/AIDS免疫重建不良患者有免疫疗效； 2.阐明去壁灵芝孢子粉对HIV/AIDS免疫重建不良患者免疫疗效的机制可能是改变代谢通路途径，引起代谢产物的变化。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clear that the spore powder of Ganoderma lucidum is effective in the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients with poor immune reconstitution; 2. To suggest that the mechanism of the immunotherapeutic effect of Ganoderma lucidum spores on HIV/AIDS patients with poor immune reconstitution may be the alteration of metabolic pathway and the change of metabolic products.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近期重度饮酒（>3次/周，>4次/d）；
2.服用复方磺胺甲恶唑片的患者；
3.入组前严重机会性感染未得到控制者，如卡氏肺囊虫肺炎、结核病、非结核分枝杆菌感染、巨细胞病毒感染等；
4.合并严重心、脑血管疾病，肝肾功能不全、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤及精神疾病等；
5.存在智力和语言沟通障碍，不能理解试验内容和配合试验进行；
6.妊娠、哺乳期或计划妊娠的妇女；
7.正在服用免疫调节剂的患者；
8.依从性差，不能按要求规律服药者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Recent heavy drinking (> 3 times per week, > 4 times per day); 2. Patients taking sulfamethoxazole tablets; 3. Serious opportunistic infection, such as pneumocystis pneumonia, tuberculosis, non-tuberculous mycobacterial infection, cytomegalovirus infection, etc.; 4. Complicated with severe heart, cerebrovascular disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, autoimmune disease, tumor and mental illness; 5. There are intelligence and language communication barriers, can not understand the content of the experiment and to cooperate with the experiment; 6. A woman who is pregnant, nursing, or planning a pregnancy; 7. People taking immunomodulators; 8. Poor compliance, can not be required to take regular medication.
