To study the relationship between NLR and pain transformation of herpes zoster.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 长期使用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、免疫增强剂等药物； 2. 伴有精神性疾病、认知功能障碍； 3. 伴有严重免疫缺陷、传染性疾病、血液系统疾病等恶性肿瘤等疾病； 4. 近期有急性感染； 5. 妊娠、哺乳期女性； 6. 心脑血管疾病； 7. 肝肾功能不全； 8. 影响下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Long-term use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, immunoenhancers and other similar medications; 2. Accompanied by psychiatric disorders, cognitive dysfunction; 3. Accompanied by severe immunodeficiency, infectious diseases, hematological diseases, malignant tumors and other similar conditions; 4. Recent acute infection; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 7. Hepatic or renal insufficiency; 8. Diseases affecting the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis.
