研究目的：

目前适合老年人衰弱的筛查及适合该人群的改良太极拳尚无规范、成熟的套路。也缺乏有关骑跨式支撑太极拳练习对老年衰弱患者躯体功能的影响及机理的相关研究。所以，本研究试图根据老年衰弱患者的躯体状态及功能状况对传统太极拳套路做出适度修改，形成骑跨太极拳拳式,并与单纯轮椅太极拳做出对比，以使其运动特点更符合老年衰弱患者的需求。骑跨太极拳运动仍然基于传统太极拳的意念、呼吸及运动协调配合的特点,提升老年衰弱患者躯体功能，减低跌倒风险，提升生活质量，并从机制层面进一步解释证实。为进一步满足老年人日益增长的体育活动需求，促进老年人科学健身，增强体质，全面参与社会生活，推动老人群体健康运动协调发展，我们设想将骑跨式改良太极拳运动形成一种有趣的、有效的、新型的体育健身项目，并在社区老年人群中推广。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, there is no standard and mature routine for the screening of the elderly and the improved Taijiquan suitable for this population. There is also a lack of relevant research on the effect and mechanism of the straddle support Taijiquan exercise on the physical function of elderly frail patients. Therefore, this study attempts to make appropriate modifications to the traditional Taijiquan routine according to the physical state and functional status of the elderly frail patients, and form the cross-riding Taijiquan style, and make a comparison with the simple wheelchair Taijiquan, so that its sports characteristics are more in line with the needs of the elderly frail patients. The cross-riding Taijiquan exercise is still based on the characteristics of the traditional Taijiquan's idea, breathing and coordination of movement, improving the physical function of elderly patients with weakness, reducing the risk of falls, and improving the quality of life, which is further explained and confirmed from the mechanism level. In order to further meet the growing demand of the elderly for sports activities, promote the scientific fitness of the elderly, strengthen their physique, fully participate in social life, and promote the coordinated development of the healthy sports of the elderly, we envisage that the cross-riding improved Taijiquan exercise will form an interesting, effective, and new type of sports and fitness project, and promote it among the elderly in the community.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、脊柱不稳定者，坐位出现疼痛者； 2、有脑损伤导致严重偏瘫者，认知功能障碍者； 3、严重心脏疾病患者、其它较严重的并发症，如肾衰、帕金森氏病及传染病等不适合康复治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with unstable spine and pain in sitting position; 2. People with severe hemiplegia and cognitive impairment caused by brain injury; 3. People with serious heart disease and other serious complications, such as renal failure, Parkinson's disease and infectious diseases, are not suitable for rehabilitation treatment
