研究目的：

本项目通过在老年病人胸腔镜手术中复合使用深层前锯肌平面阻滞技术，以降低围手术期应激反应，缓解手术后疼痛，并达到降低老年病人术后认知功能障碍发生的目标。从而提高老年病人围手术期安全、促进老年病人术后康复、提升老年病人生活质量，这也是加速康复外科（ERAS）理念在临床医疗工作中的体现。

Objectives of Study：

In this project, the deep serserus anterior plane block technique was combined in thoracoscopic surgery in elderly patients to reduce perioperative stress response, relieve postoperative pain, and achieve the goal of reducing postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients. Thus, it can improve perioperative safety, promote postoperative rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of elderly patients, which is also the embodiment of the concept of Accelerated Rehabilitation surgery (ERAS) in clinical medical work.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有可导致认知功能下降的神经系统疾病如：帕金森、血管源性痴呆、脑出血、脑肿瘤、肝性脑病等； 2.有认知功能疾病病史（如脑出血、滥用药物史、颅内肿瘤、脑炎脑外伤等）； 3.因视力障碍、听力障碍及肢体功能障碍等原因不能配合完成心理学测试； 4.有先天性智力障碍或精神病史； 5.已知有引起痛觉过敏或痛觉异常疾患或难治性癌痛的患者； 6.文盲。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from Nervous system disease that may lead to cognitive decline, such as Parkinson's disease, vascular dementia, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor, Hepatic encephalopathy, etc; 2. Have a history of cognitive function disorders (such as cerebral hemorrhage, drug abuse, intracranial tumors, encephalitis, and traumatic brain injury); 3. Unable to cooperate in completing the psychological test due to Visual impairment, hearing impairment, limb dysfunction and other reasons; 4. Have a history of congenital intellectual impairment or mental illness; 5. Patients known to cause Hyperalgesia or pain disorders or refractory cancer pain; 6. Illiteracy.
